I can not hear the audio
Hi everyone, my name is Jamie Bergstein, I'm the Associate Director of graduate admissions and marketing.
Today we're going to talk about our graduate programs. We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer with Chrome or fire Fox to fully participate in the session.
Some of the features and audio won't work if you're using a mobile device or other browsers.
Unfortunately, we can't troubleshoot during the presentation so if you do have any issues with the audio you might want to refresh or leave the presentation and come back in.
There will be a Q&A at the end, so please save your questions for the end of the presentation.
A recording of this presentation will be available in a few days so if you have to leave early, or if you miss anything you can listen to the recording.
And there is closed captioning available.
If you click the CC button on the Top right, I've highlighted what it looks like.
You can see the closed captioning.

CC is working great!
These are the programs that will be talking about today. This presentation is geared towards RMSNNDNP programs. We won't be talking about the accelerated options. So if you're interested in the accelerated. BSN second degree program. We won't be discussing that we do have some events on that coming up. But this will just be going over our MSN. Indian P programs as well as some application.
So here we have our MSN programs, which are are advanced practice programs and some administrative programs. We have 8 clinical nurse practitioner programs that after completion, you'll be prepared to sit for the national certification exam in that area.
Are nurse midwifery program is an advance specialist program and it's also a dual major upang completion. You'll be eligible for 2 national certifications on the certification exam for certified nurse midwives and those certification to be Women's Health nurse practitioner.
Are nurse practitioner programs usually start off with a core curriculum? We like to call them. The 3:00 peas pathophysiology pharmacology and physical assessment.
You'll also take theory courses that are specific to your population area, which will also complement your clinical rotations and I'll touch on the clinical aspect, a little bit later in the presentation.
Lastly, we have 2 non clinical programs that our administration programs. They focus on areas such as project management healthcare consulting an nursing education.
I would just want to highlight that the nursing and Healthcare administration program has a practicum. That's 240 hours spent in an organization doing a large scale project with a nursing leader.
All of our programs can be completed as a postgraduate. AP RN certificate for current nurse practitioners or nurse midwives. These are previously referred to as our post. Masters programs on the name has changed so if you were looking for postmasters there now postgraduate a PRN certificates.
So this is for current advanced practice nurses who are looking to be certified. In another area, so for example, you are a family nurse practitioner and you'd like to become a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
You would apply and if you are admitted we would analyze your family nurse practitioner curriculum that you took in see what courses that you now need to take to become a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
You might be wondering which program is right for me some of you know exactly the population and acuity level. You want to work with and some you might just be starting your journey to becoming a nurse practitioner and you're still figuring that out.
The graphic we're looking at is called the APR end consensus model, which states that the focus of care is based on patient needs not on the clinical setting for example, if you become a pediatric primary care nurse practitioner. You can only work with the pediatric population in a primary care setting.
If you become an adult gerontology, acute care nurse practitioner. You can only work with the adult and Gerontology populations in an acute care setting.
You can specialize in certain areas such as oncology or palliative care, but your scope of practice is based on the population and acuity level. So keep that in mind that you can only.
Um serve patients within your scope of practice.
We have several minors available for our MSN students. Most are only about 3:00 classes but keep in mind that some MSN programs only have one elective spot or don't have any electives. Therefore, if you're interested in a minor invite add time to your program.
Some of our miners offer preparation for a national certification exam and others are just designed to increase your knowledge and on our website, which I've linked here, you can see exactly which ones provide the knowledge for a certification exam.
And some which are just you again increase your knowledge.
And our other option for MSN programs are dual degrees with other programs at U Penn. Most students will apply to the MSN program 1st and even start the program before they decide to do a dual degree. So just keep that in mind. You are not required to apply at the same time you can start your program 1st and see what your classes are like and what your interests are like.
There they are separate applications, though, so you do need to apply to the MSN program and the MBE or MPH or whatever program that you're interested in.
We have several enrollment options for the MSN programs. All of our programs can be completed on a part time or full time basis.
If you plan to attend part time you can start in the spring, which is January that usually starts around MLK day summer, which is late May usually starts right after Memorial Day, or fall late August or early September.
Around Labor Day this semester actually started yesterday.
If you want to attend full-time you do need to pay attention because some program start in the summer and some program start in the fall, so keep that in mind when you are applying and planning to attend.
All of our acute care programs require work experience in a specific area. This is on the screen. All work experience should be calculated after any orientation or probationary period.
You do need the work experience by the time you start so if at time of application. You are a few months under the requirement that's OK.
Our primary care programs don't require work experience, however, it is encouraged work experience only makes you a more competitive applicant. So we do encourage applicants to get some work experience if they're deciding between that.
Here are the application requirements for the MSN programs will go over the admissions process more towards the end of the presentation, but I wanted to show here what the basic requirements are.
And these are the requirements for the postgraduate APR end certificate similar to the MSN programs except we just require one letter of recommendation and as I mentioned earlier if you are admitted will do what's called the gap analysis, which means will generate a draft plan of study and then appan acceptance. You submit a fee, and the syllabi from your program and we conduct a formal analysis to determine your actual plan of study.
Our next program is the DNP in nurse anesthesia this program is full time only and it's 36 months or 3 years long.
You only need a BSN or entry level MSN to attend you don't need a Masters degree.
We are currently emitting about a year and a half in advance, so please. Keep this in mind. If you're interested in the program right now fall 2019 applicants are applying for summer. Twenty twenty one. There is no openings for summer 2020, so do keep that in mind. If you are interested in the program. You would not start for another year and a half if you when you apply.
There is a work experience requirement of two years in ICU or critical care working with the most critically ill patients and several areas do not count towards the work experience emergency room recovery room step down units and Interventional radiology will not be considered if you have work experience and you're not quite sure if it will count towards the requirement. You can always contact us, we encourage you to do so. So we can review it with the program.
And you don't wind up applying to a program you're not qualified for.
The nurse anesthesia curriculum is fully integrated between your didactic classes and clinical placements instead of dividing the program in half between the classroom in the clinical the curriculum is intentionally woven together. So, your clinicals can build on your didactic classes and vice versa.
The nurse anesthesia program is now at the DNP level, which requires the completion of a scholarly project annuar. DMP project classes are also woven into the general curriculum as well so that's all within the 3 years of the program.
The nurse anesthesia program operates on a primary site model. So when you're not rotating in your specialty clinics. You return to a home base. This allows you to build a relationship with the specific clinical site. A lot of our students wind up getting employment at this primary site that they keep returning to and also to showcase his skills, you've learned throughout your other rotations.
And here are the requirements for the nurse anesthesia program. They're pretty much the same as the MSN programs.
Now that I've discussed our clinical programs. I just want to highlight all the wonderful advantages of coming to Penn for your nursing degree. One of the best advantages is that we guarantee you a clinicals. Patapon admission, so instead of you having to worry about where to complete your clinicals we organize this for you.
We have clinical sites in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware and the nurse anesthesia program even as a clinical say to Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. So you may wind up needing current RN licenses in different states.
You don't need to worry about this at the time of the application. But by the time you enroll you should have a current Pennsylvania license.
Community is a huge part of Penn Nursing not only do we strive to build a community within the building between students and faculty and staff studying the social determinants of Health is woven throughout the entire curriculum and many of your clinical placements will focus on the medically underserved and there are many community collaborations between Penn Nursing in Philadelphia. We take our physical location.
With the utmost important we understand where we're located an we really try to help our local community. For example, every year led by the Women's Health Department, but many other students in other programs take place in this we host in Women's Health day in West Philadelphia and women can come in and get checkups, speak with medical staff and just really get the help.
And knowledge that thing need that it's it's a really nice day. In a nice partnership between pen in the community.
There are also many national and international opportunities for our students are students travel. They attend conferences. They speak on panels. We even have some clinical sites around the country that some students will complete a clinical at usually during their summer semester. We even have clinical rotations around the world, so for example, some students. The midwifery program have completed their last clinical rotation.
In New Zealand, Somalia and Trinidad and Tobago just to name a few different countries.
There is a strong focus on leadership and scholarship among her programs as I said many of our students will attend conferences. An beyond the leadership team for that speaking on panels delivering talks. We strongly encourage research throughout the program so you can get involved with research here at the school or within our health system or whether health partners, many students develop manuscripts.
Publication attend poster presentations.
And even later on as an alumni continue to get published and do research.
Our programs also encourage students to be involved in policy, and legislation. Our students really advocate on behalf of nurses and nurse practitioners and advanced practice nurses.
For example, every year our students and faculty and some stuff to go to the state capital to advocate for a full practice authority or rights for nurse practitioners or really anything that we can to try and pass through Pennsylvania and even the rest of the country.
The last program, I'm going to talk about today is our post. Masters DNP program. This is a 2 year part time program about 10 classes.
As the name implies that his post Masters only we do accept many different Masters degrees. You could have a clinical MSN, an educational degree. It doesn't have to be just a clinical program.
The goal for this program is to develop skills and translating research and practice and to implement viable clinical innovations to change practice and improve care delivery so this program is really centered around improving innovation in nursing and creating innovation in nursing.
This program is now 100% on line. There is an on campus intensive which coincides with orientation so around late August.
This is the curriculum again. It is 100% on line. You have your core courses, which are also woven with the DNP project courses since it is on line. You can complete your project at your place of employment, but of course, if there is another area that interests. You you could complete your project elsewhere.
I'm each student is advised by a DMP program director and also a faculty project lead. There is a lot of mentor ship that goes through throughout the program. We also aim to create a cohort community. We understand that since it's online. You're not in the classroom meeting. Other People so there is as I said the in person intensive and there's also monthly webinars.
Featuring faculty alumni. Other leaders in healthcare innovation discussion opportunities group work opportunities online so again, you can get to know your fellow classmates.
And these are the application requirements if you were interested in applying in the past. I do want to highlight that there is a new requirement where we do need verification of your Masters clinical hours and that is available to download in the application.
Now I just want to highlight some application tips and go over more of the application process. So my biggest tip to you is to start your application early. All of our applications are available to submit you can start the application now and return to it at a later date. This allows you to fix any errors. Perhaps that you've made and you get to the end and you see that you still need to submit something or correct something.
And also just allows you time to submit the most competitive application possible so open it up start. It see what the requirements are and then take your time.
Working through it, so you don't have to rush at the end.
All programs require a resume we get a lot of questions about if there are specific requirements for this we don't have a preference on format or length requirement. Most applicants submit anywhere from 1:00 to 2:00 pages. So we leave that up to you. The application process is holistic and your resumes one way to showcase all the different aspects of you so this is a non exhaustive list of some examples of what to include on your resume.
So of course, all professional experience if you had another career prior to nursing you are. Welcome to list that as well. Any volunteer or extracurricular activities that you do please. Feel free to include that honors or awards that you received one of the highlights of our program is leadership. So highlight and leadership experiences if you've done research if you were a clinical instructor preceptor.
Any significant hobbies that you have you can all include this in your resume?
When you create an application you'll see the essay prompts so I'm not going to go over the individual prompts more. I just I just want to highlight more. The basics of submitting the essays, so this might seem obvious, but you'll be surprised about how many People skip over these so.
There is no formatting preference again, but it should be easy to read. We stare at a computer. Most of the day reading applications. So the easier. It is to read for us. The more we will appreciate that we recommend double spaced in a 12 point font.
Proofread proofread and once again for good measure proofread.
One or 2 spelling or grammatical errors won't drastically affect your application, but uh well written essay can go a long white in the application process.
You might have friends or family look over your essay and that's fine and they might make some suggestions. But once you have completed all those suggestions. Remove any track changes, if you don't, they will upload until the application and you won't be able to change your essay once you submit your application during the application process you can delete and re upload the application. The essay but once you hit submit on that application. You can't change anything.
And now to highlight the content this applies for all programs at the end of the day. We want to know why are you applying to this program an? What is it about pen? Why are you specifically applying to pens program there are many different nursing programs out there? What is it about this program.
We want to know your passions your goals your reasons for wanting to become an advanced practice nurse or nurse color.
Specifically, for our post Masters DNP applicants. You want to discuss your DMP project and do your research make sure their programming replying to is relevant to your interests and goals.
And then make sure to explain that to us.
All programs require 3 letters of recommendation with the exception of the postgraduate a PRN certificates. They only require one you can submit up to 5 letters.
We like to see a combination of academic employer and professional recommendations.
Applicants have been in a school for a significant amount of time. It is OK, not to have an academic reference. Although we strongly encourage one. It could be a professor and adviser if you were research assistant for anyone. Older references are acceptable. So if you've seen in contact with a professor even though you have been out of school for a while.
We can certainly take an older academic reference and don't be afraid to reach out. You'd be surprised, especially if you did, very well in the class that that faculty remember you.
Employer arm should come from your current place of employment on your current supervisor and then a professional reference can be anyone else? Who knows you in different professional capacity, so a previous supervisor, someone else from another professional area. Your nurse manager a doctor that you work with or another nurse practitioner that you work with they?
Right the other professional letter of recommendation.
So overall for the letters of recommendation. We're looking for quality. Not name recognition or just that their Upenn alumni. We'd much rather see a really strong recommendation from someone. We've never heard of then a pen nursing alumni who only barely knows you it can just write a few sentences.
We really want your recommendations to build upon other aspects of your application so if you talk about a really important research project that you did or a evidence based project or leadership initiative that you did, in your place of employment. We want your recommenders to talk about that. It shouldn't just be a recap of your resume. We know your experience because you submitted your resume and we really want them to talk about all the wonderful aspects that would make you an?
Make you an excellent candidate.
Your recommendations can be great on if you want to emphasize strengths and weaker parts of your application such as academics or work experience so again don't be afraid to ask recommenders to hit uncertain areas and we only accept academic or professional recommendations don't submit personal recommendations. I'm sure your mother could write a wonderful letter of recommendation. Unfortunately, we cannot accept that.
Jerry scores the jury is required.
But will be waived if your BSN GPA from an uncredited institution in the United States or Canada is a cumulative GPA 3.2 or higher or you have a Masters degree from an uncredited institution in the United States or Canada with a cumulative GPA of 3 point out. These are hard lines so it needs to be a 3.2 it can't be a 3.19 can't be a 3.199.
9 has to be a 3.2 or higher or 3.0 or higher for a Masters degree.
The waiver will be applied after your application is processed by our office. There is nothing you need to do, if we need more information. For whatever reason, we will contact you if you do need to take the jirari competitive applicants typically score in the 50th percentile on the verbal and quantitative sections and A4 on the analytical writing section.
And Lastly the Jerry is not required for the post. Masters DNP or postgraduate APR on certificate programs.
We do require the Toefl or Ielts. If you are a non native English speaker or if your undergraduate degree was not conducted in English.
And here are the tofel an ilt requirements if you do need to take them. We will take either. We don't have a preference on either the tofu or the Isles.
For Tran Scripps, we required transcripts from your BSN program and all additional degrees are coursework completed. We do accept unofficial transcripts and they are strongly encouraged during the application process official transcripts are only required if admitted.
If you attended school outside of the United States on those transcripts must be evaluated through Wes or CGF&S and more information about those services are available on our website.
Other application items if you have an RN or a PRN license. You need to upload that into your application. You can upload whatever you are issued if you have a physical copy. You can scan it. You can take a screenshot of the online certificate. Whenever you are given that is what we can accept.
Again he will need a Pennsylvania license before you start the clinical sequence.
An international applicants if you don't have a Pennsylvania license but your license to practice in another country. You do need to complete the CGF and S certification program and again more information is available on our website about that.
For the required statistics class. It just seems to show up on your transcript. We don't need anything extra.
And we do have an interview process. It is by invitation only, and we will contact you if we decide to interview you.
I am going to briefly touch on tuition and financial aid going to keep it fairly general since tuition and financial aid is different. For every person in every program. You can see tuition fees for all programs available on our website.
Basically, your program costs is depending is dependent on how many course units. You take per semester. The average course at Penn is one course unit and that is equal to 4 semester hours.
Domestic applicants can apply for Fasa for federal aid. The School of Nursing also offers some scholarships and grants and we have some available at time of application and also during the academic year for current students.
If you are an employee through the University. Pennsylvania health system or Penn Medison. We do have a scholarship program, which is In addition to any benefits you receive through your employer basically it's buy three get one free so if you take 4 classes in a calendar year from January to December, the 4th class will be free.
And then we strongly strongly encourage you to explore external scholarships. There may be scholarships available through organizations. You've participated in employers. Your government your state government and more so we encourage you to explore these opportunities.
Here are this years deadlines on for MSN programs if you want to attend full-time.
Or start part time in the spring, the deadline is November 1st.
A part time summer or fall start you have until April, 1st, 2020 to submit your application.
The deadlines for the nursing anesthesia program is November, 1st and remember, we're admitting for 2021.
The postmasters DMP program, the deadline is November 1st.
And for postgraduate a PRN programs spring start deadline is November, 1st and summer full star is April 1st.
I also just want to highlight some upcoming events.
We have some specific webinars for the nurse anesthesia an post Masters DNP. If you're interested in the PhD program. We have an open house in a webinar for that.
And on Saturday, October 5th. We have RMS and Indian P open house. I strongly strongly encourage if you can come to the open house, please do.
This is your opportunity to meet staff and faculty and students in your program of interest. You'll have 2 opportunities to attend program sessions, so if you're deciding between programs. This is a really wonderful opportunity. So I highly encourage you if you can come to Philadelphia for the day, please do.
So we have a little bit of time left if you have questions. Please type them into the chat box. I'll wait for them to come through an will answer some questions now.

OK is it common for People to work following the a BSN program before beginning the MSN portion of the program.
Sandy Harman
10:40:02 AM
Accelerated ACAGNP program deadline is Nov 1 and classes start in January. When will applicants be notified of their acceptance into the program if accepted?
Yes, it is common on if you're doing an acute care program, you will have to work in between that.
Gina Gerace
10:40:22 AM
Will you hear back sooner the earlier you submit your application?
If you're not a lot of People do like to take that time to get some bedside nursing experience. If you do our accelerated. BSN program and RMA and then apply to some matriculate into our MSN program. You do have 5 years to complete the MSN portion.
So you can go out for a few years of work experience.
Kelly Choy
10:40:41 AM
Hi, I follow up question to Alayna Spratley.
Sherri Duarte
10:40:48 AM
I am interested in the PM-DNP but do not have a MSN. I have a Master's in Healthcare Informatics which did not require a graduate level research methods course. Does that disqualify me from applying? What type of master's clinical hours are required?
Diana Rosales
10:40:49 AM
Do you offer any graduate students employment within the university to help with the cost of attendance? For example helping as a clinical instructor or teach lab?
Rebecca Wright
10:40:50 AM
Can you apply to 2 programs?
Kelly Choy
10:41:03 AM
Can I be enrolled in a BSN program before applying to the NA DNP program?
Have you had any students commute to the program from out of the area and be successful. Yes, I'm not going to say it's easy to do, but we do have students commute from quite a far distance. We understand that students have jobs and families and other commitments and sometimes they can't make it or they can't relocate to the Philadelphia area. I'm so you're thinking about commuting from the DC area. It can be done. I strongly encourage you to.
I'm staying contact with your program director Uman really map out and make sure that this works for you.
Uh we've had People commute from Delaware, a DC New York. I actually know someone who did the midwifery program, while living in Boston, so it is possible.
Does your postmasters acute care NP program required clinical hours? Yes, you would still need to do clinical hours for the Post Masters program.
Rebecca Wright
10:41:53 AM
For the application, what if you have been self-employed for the past 25 years?
If we took anatomy 1, two and 3, which two should we include in the application. Prereq prerequisite section. You can include just the first two, that you've taken.
Devina Shah
10:41:55 AM
2. Would you provide information on how clinical placements would work for such out of area students?
3. Are all the MSN midwifery/women’s health classes in-seat? Or do you have a combination of online and in-seat classes?
4. When does clinical sequence start for the midwifery program? Is this during the first semester of the program?
Jenny Kwon
10:42:03 AM
Is Biology a pre-requisite for the Family Nurse Practitioner program?
Can I apply the MSN program while still enrolled in my BSN program if you're applying to a primary care program? Yes, because they do not require work experience if you are applying to an acute care program. You would need to wait until you had the work experience.
If we receive early in mission on another program before Penn has reviewed our application should we let you know.
Uhm you can let us know uhm.
Melanie Martin
10:42:37 AM
How easy is it to specialize in a specific field of nursing such as neurology? Are nurse practitioner residencies or fellowships available following the MSN program before entering the workforce?
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we can review your application during that time, but you can contact us and of course, if you do decide to go to the other question excuse me to go to the other program do a lot of snow that.
Vallerie Wisniewski
10:42:48 AM
What is the minimum grades required to stay in the program
The streamlined adult acute program start deadline is November, 1st in class starting January. When will applicants be notified of their acceptance into the program if accepted the earliest would be mid November and the latest would be early December.
Rachel Bosco
10:43:15 AM
Hello Ms. Bergstein, thank you for the information session. I have two questions in regards to the DNP- Nurse Anesthesia program. How heavily is your gpa weighed vs. clinical work experience in the application process? Typically when do applicants begin to hear back about interviews?
Will you hear back sooner the earlier you submit an application. No, we not necessarily we typically review. All applications after the deadline, so the benefit of subbing early is for your own personal organization and insurance.
But you probably won't hear back earlier.
Katherine Kolster
10:43:35 AM
I'm interested in the streamlined AGACNP program, what is the clinic hour component?
I'm interested in the Post Masters. DNP program but don't have an MSN I have a Masters in Healthcare Informatics Sherry? Why don't you send an email to admissions we can double check if your Masters degree qualifies you?
Rebecca Wright
10:43:54 AM
I saw that for the midwifery program if coming right from a BSN program that you may have to go part time at first due to licensing, can you switch to full-time at some point or would you remain part time? How does that work?
Charlene Pherson
10:44:13 AM
Are you able to utilize your current work as part of the clinical requirement if it is in an acute care area
Gina Gerace
10:44:24 AM
Can you add more letter of recs after you application has been submitted
Do you offer any graduate student employment within the University to help with the cost of attendance we can that something you want to take excuse me. Talk to the financial aid office about typically students can make more money working part time or per diem. So it's not a common thing we do, but when we're putting together your financially package you can talk to them about that.
Can you apply to 2 programs know you can only apply to one program at a time?
Um can I be enrolled in a BSN program before applying to the nurse anesthesia program know you need 2 years of work experience in order to apply to that, so you would need to go out and apply to that excuse me work first and then applied to the program.
We have a question, um versus online versus in person classes, so all of the MSN in nursing anesthesia classes are in person would you provide information? How clinical placements would work for out of area students so pretty much all of our clinical placements are in New Jersey.
Excuse me Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, so you would need to be within a certain radius of that area.
So for the person who was potentially commuting from DC you might have to be commuting a far distance.
Kelly Choy
10:45:53 AM
I have been a nurse for more than 10 years, but I am completing my BSN degree now. Can I still apply to NA-DNP program before completing my BSN?
Is biology a prerequisite for the family nurse practitioner program? No we understand a lot of BSN programs? Don't include biology. That's OK on the only class prerequisite? Is this statistics class for our MSN programs.
How heavily is your GPA Wade versus clinical work experience in the application process?
Typically, when do Africans begin hearing back about interviews, so we have a holistic application process. So we're looking at all. Parts of your application. So the academics aren't any more important than your clinical work experience and vice versa.
We do look for strong academics, we look through we look for improvement. We understand People.

Do any undergrad courses “expire” after so many years, and need to be retaken?
May have had a tough time. Maybe in your first degree or your first semester. So we're looking for a general improvement. We're looking for strong grades in your specific nursing classes and for those programs that require work experience save work experience is pretty important, making sure that you have the right work experience to be successful in the program. But there isn't any sort of ranking amongst the different areas.
Application applicants will hear back for the MSN programs within a few weeks after the deadline nurse anesthesia works. A bit differently, you probably won't hear until January or February.

Im sorry I forget to mention what I was requiring about. In the post masters acute care NP, can your present work hours be utilized as your clinical hours if the work is in an acute care area
I'm interested in this streamlined program. What is the clinical hour component it does require 360 hours of Clinicals If you have more questions about that program just send us an email and we can send you more information about that.
Can you add more letters of recommendation after your application has been submitted known you can't make any edits after the application has been submitted if there is an issue with your letter of recommendation. Maybe you mistyped your recommenders email. You can make an edit then but you can add more.
Do any undergrad courses expire after so many years and need to be retaken. If you're just applying to the MSN program know if you are applying to the accelerated. BSN program prerequisites do expire so please contact us about that or check our website.

I am interested in the neonatal NP program. My nursing orientation ended in the beginning of October 2018. Since I only have 23 months of nursing experience by September 2020, should I wait until next year to apply for 2021 semester? Thank you!
Can we take a minor from a different college at Penn. No, you can only complete the minors within the School of Nursing? What percentage of MSN students are Penn Medison employees? I don't know that specific percentage. We do have a good number? Who are Penn Medison employees about 2/3 of our students are doing the program part time and working so.

If I have 10 years of clinical experience, and I will be have my BSN before the start date of NA DNP, will you still accept my application this year?
I would say we have around 20 to 30 students enrolled at anytime that could be full time or part time and say around maybe 10 students do the program full time each year.

Do all of the PENN hospitals qualify for the no cost 4th class free?
Do all the pen hospitals qualify for the no cost 4th class free that's any Penn Medison hospital. So there are 6 in total if your hospital is part of Penn Medison or the University of Pennsylvania health system they do qualify.
